This leading Top 100 client's real estate practice has a national reputation and is now keen to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their successful Commercial and Residential Development team.


Your new role
Having built one of the most highly regarded Property Development Teams in the UK, this team act for an enviable client base of both commercial and residential developers. With work streams increasing, they are keen to recruit an experienced Property Development lawyer with an established track record of operating in the residential development sector to join the team in Bristol.

The role will offer you a great platform to continue to develop your existing reputation in the development sector, while providing a clear career path with very realistic progression prospects for the right candidate in the medium term, as well as exposure to a prestigious client base.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a leading City, national or regional firm with an established development team and be ready for the next challenge in your career. With excellent technical skills and a strong client-facing attitude, you will be adept at not only juggling your own busy caseload, but also be looking to generate new business and play a key role in the development of the team's offering.
