Financial Services Associate, Nottingham

Fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with either contentious or non contentious financial services experience to join the award winning financial services team of this well known national firm.

The Role:
The role is within the firm's Financial Services (FS) team, which advises on compliance and regulatory issues for banks, derivatives traders, electronic money and payment service providers, fund managers, and insurance intermediaries and insurers amongst others.

The team also advises non-FS corporates on their FS market interactions, including risk management programmes, insurance captives, and D&O and public / product liability policies, and activity at the regulatory 'perimeter' (the effects of the limits of regulatory rules).

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Entrepreneurial associate with contentious and/or non-contentious FS experience
- Ambition to accrue skills and experience in both - in order to help fuel the FS team's accelerating growth
- Candidates who may only have limited FS experience, such as in the form of insurance coverage / defence in relation to FS insureds, are welcomed
