Our client is seeking to recruit for a Partner level Solicitor with expertise in the Corporate law sector who has contacts and links within the Cambridge market. You will be a specialist within the Corporate law sector having experience within a broad range of cases including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
