Commercial Property Solicitor, London – Seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join a team of experts at a leading top 100 law firm in London. 

JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 1-4 years
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £55 – 65,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
Within this role you can expect a mix of portfolio work, with responsibilities including but not limited to: purchase, sale and development of commercial property, investment and asset management, complex landlord and tenant advice, secured lending work and acquisition disposals. You will work to develop and maintain close client relationships that will endure throughout your career. You will act on behalf of a plethora of clients including developers, retailers, social housing, banks and lending institutions, becoming a key member of a reputable, leading team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have 1+ years’ post qualification experience, demonstrating clear capabilities of achieving tasks and objectives along with a positive attitude and clear ambition to succeed within a fast paced environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively to ensure the client is at the heart of all activity.
