The Role:

My client, a modern, progressive and commercially orientated legal services business, are looking for an experienced Insurance Solicitor to join their team, who advise and support clients on a broad range of commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

Being part of an existing team, you will deal with a broad spectrum of matters, such as M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactional mandates, insurance focussed commercial matters, regulatory advice mandates, business transfers and insurance renewal rights deals.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you be a qualified solicitor with ideally 2-4 PQE and have excellent technical knowledge and experience, ideally dealing with a mix of insurance-focussed commercial, regulatory and transactional work.

Key traits include being naturally proactive, analytical, an excellent communicator and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
