The Role:

My client, a modern, progressive and commercially orientated legal services business, are looking for an experienced Corporate/M&A Professional Support Lawyer to join their Corporate Group.

The role will involve supporting the practice, becoming a central course of legal and practical expertise, assuring best practice for the Corporate team. You will work with teams and Business Development to ensure continued development for the business. You will also work with Learning & Development in order to help to further develop training and events. With other responsibilities to include preparing pitches to exploit business opportunities and undertaking complex legal research, you will become a key part of future growth.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you ideally have experience of working as a Professional Support Lawyer at a senior level, senior fee earners may also be considered. It is required that you have a broad experience and in-depth knowledge of both corporate and commercial law.

Key traits include being naturally proactive, analytical, an excellent communicator and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
