THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team. Handling a mix of both corporate and commercial matters you will be motivated by the chance to work in the interests of the client, providing tailored business solutions, not just legal advice. You will be responsible for a broad range of work to include Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 3-8 years’ PQE. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record across either a mixed or specialist corporate and commercial based workload and will be focused to deliver exceptional client service. There are excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate along with the opportunity to be involved in business development and the marketing of the team.
