THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their wonderful and dynamic team. The appointed candidate will be working on a wide and varied caseload of high value matters, covering shareholders agreements, finance agreements, partnerships and LLPs, corporate lending and commercial sales agreements/licenses. This is an excellent opportunity to will join a friendly and energetic team that are well-established within the market.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
This role requires a hardworking individual with around 3-8 years’ PQE. The firm are looking for an energetic Corporate Commercial Solicitor who can bring an upbeat and positive enthusiasm to the role. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, in addition to previous experience dealing with Companies Act related matters. You will be running your own caseload form the beginning, so will be expected to be organised and professional, boasting excellent communication and IT skills to really hit the ground running in this role. Previous experience of business development as part of a team would also be of benefit.
