A well established and reputable private practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their offices in South Birmingham.

 

The Role:

The successful Residential Conveyancing Secretary will have a varied and important role within the department which may include but not restricted to:

  • Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
  • Audio Typing using a digital dictation system.
  • Diary Management.
  • File opening/closing.
  • Filing and general administrative duties.
  • SDLT searches

 

Requirements:

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing and have an accurate typing speed of 65+ WPM.

It is important that you are also experienced in completing SDLT searches and dealing with AP1 and TR1.
