Housing Litigation Solicitor - This is an excellent opportunity to join a top legal practice with over 100 years’ experience in delivering legal advice to the local community. This modern and progressive South London firm are now seeking a further litigation lawyer, either Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team due to continued growth.
About the Role
The team are ranked by Chambers and the Legal 500. They have decades of experience in providing advice to social housing providers and private landlords. You will need to show previous experience of managing your own busy caseload of housing litigation matters, to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud. A solid understanding of landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims are desirable.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years’ experience and be able to exercise a previous record of:
- Working under pressure
- Working with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A personable and friendly approach.
