Our client is a market leader within their sector and is actively seeking to hire a Paralegal in Milton Keynes on a full-time basis.

Applications are welcomed from paralegals, that possess strong knowledge and experience in commercial contract law, GDPR and compliance matters.

You will be reporting into and working closely with the General Counsel providing high quality, pragmatic legal assistance on a broad range of projects. Duties will include but not be limited to;

*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
*Providing administrative support to the legal team
*Identifying and mitigating legal risks
*Assisting with company secretarial matters.

Candidates should possess an eye for detail, as well as have a commercial, pragmatic attitude. Additionally, you will be personable, engaging and able to communicate at all levels with clients, senior management and colleagues.

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and benefits
