Private Client Legal Secretary

Our client is a successful law firm with an enviable pedigree and history dating back over 120 years, accumulating a wealth of HNW clientele who rely on the firm for all their legal needs. They have grown from strength to strength over the years thanks to a diverse, motivated, and forward-thinking management team. To continue the firm's growth and expansion, they are seeking to appoint a talented Private Client Legal Secretary.

Requirements:

The firm is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, and reliable full time Legal Secretary with a keen interest and experience in Private Client. You will predominately work for the Private Client Partner providing support on a full spectrum of technical and in some instances contentious Private Client matters for high net worth clients including but not limited to Wills, LPA's, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration.

The successful Private Client Legal Secretary will have the ability to produce legal documents, including accounts, to a high standard, ensure all files are compliant and maintained accurately and possess a typing speed of 65 WPM.

The ideal candidate will be client focused, highly organised, with the ability to use their own initiative and boast excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, you will be technical and have previous experience dealing with digital case management systems.
