Our client, a diverse, full service law firm in Bedfordshire, is seeking to recruit a Head of Residential Property to lead a large and established team of Fee Earners and support staff.

Role and firm summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Residential Property Team including client care, compliance and SOPs, staff performance and long term strategy.

The team are made up of Fee Earners and support staff, across two offices, dedicated to handling sale and purchase transactions for their loyal client base.
