Our client, a well-respected, multi-office practice based in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor on a part time basis, to lead an established department.

The department advise a very loyal client base on all aspects of Private Client work to include:

  • Wills
  • Estate administration
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Probate (contentious and non-contentious)
  • Trusts

Due to their excellent reputation the team receive a significant amount work through referrals.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with some supervisory experience, looking for the next step in their career. For the right candidate this position will lead to a Head of Department opportunity.
