Property Litigation Solicitor - London
£45,000 - £60,000
Our client, a long established and well respected law firm is seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to bolster their already strong property litigation offering in London.
The department act on behalf of a broad range of nationwide clients including landlords, tenants, investors and developers on all manner of property disputes.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with broad experience handling lease renewals and extensions, landlords and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, enfranchisement, dilapidation, rights of way and covenant disputes.
This role will likely suit a Solicitor with experience commensurate to that of 3 to 5 years PQE within litigation and experience of managing commercial property disputes.
You will be supported by an accomplished Partner and will work closely with the firms highly regarded property teams cross referring work for your shared clients.
You will receive ongoing training and development with a very structured career development path with future opportunities to progress as the property litigation team grows.
