A leading full service law firm in Basingstoke are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor upwards of 3 years' PQE to join their successful team. This collegiate and supportive team work on high calibre deals for a wide range of clients.
Joining this team, you will be working on a broad range of corporate commercial work including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements and commercial contracts matters including IT, IP and data protection. This role will also involve lots of networking as well as supervising more junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Have at least 3 years' PQE;
- Be a confident networker;
- Have excellent leadership skills;
- Have experience in working within private practice.
