An excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive Licenced Conveyancer or experienced conveyancer to join a leading firm and a very strong team. The firm have a strong regional reputation and have an excellent and healthy client base.
A strong background in the wide range of residential property matters will be required such as freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new build sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, amongst other matters.
