Corporate/commercial lawyer required for dynamic and award winning financial services organisation in the City.
Our client will consider candidates from a variety of practice areas, however general corporate lawyers wishing to make the move in-house into a general commercial role will likely be the best fit.
The role will involve general commercial contracts, regulatory issues and any other legal issues that arise, and will also involve building relationships with the business and being the contact for a range of legal matters that arise. The role will not be a corporate transactional role but rather a generalist in-house position.
Reputable law firm or in-house experience required, as well as an enthusiastic attitude and lots of drive to be part of a fantastic organisation and team.
