Residential Conveyancing Secretary
A well-established Legal 500 law firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to join their team for their offices in Huddersfield. My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes a range of businesses and individuals.
The Residential Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant role will involve assisting Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages of the files, with caseloads consisting of Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity to name a few.
The Residential Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant must have at least 4yrs experience Conveyancing experience and have a full understanding of the Conveyancing process. The duties will include digital dictation, opening and closing files, taking calls, typing letters, and providing estimates. Knowledge Solcase would also be an advantage but not essential.
Salary on offer is up to £20,000 dependent on previous Conveyancing experience with an excellent benefits package including 26 days holiday that can increase with service.
