Commercial Contracts, Property and Planning Paralegal

LAW Absolute are working with a Local Authority based in Surrey, who are seeking a paralegal to assist their Commercial Contracts, Property and Planning Department.

The successful paralegal will assist solicitors across the entire team and will be required to have exceptional experience in at least one of the key areas mentioned above. You will need to carry a small caseload, assist the solicitors, draft documents, liaise with external parties and undertake administrative tasks.

It is essential you have experience working as a paralegal supporting at least one of the departments listed. Previous experience is essential as the client is not able to provide training within this role. Local government experience is advantageous but not essential.
