Our client, a top tier US firm, is now looking to hire a circa 2PQE UK trained and qualified corporate lawyer to join its London corporate team. The role will involve working for several partners across the group on a broad mix of both Private M&A and Private Equity transactions in a high performing and well-resourced team.
Candidates seeking to apply for this position will already be working within another leading US firm or top tier UK City firm but looking for a fresh challenge. The salary and benefits package is top of the market.
