Banking & Finance lawyer NQ – 3 years’ PQE BRISTOL

Commercial law firm in Bristol is seeking to recruit a Banking & Finance lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE. The team covers a diverse range of markets and clients, the common features being the negotiation, structuring (or restructuring) and documentation of commercial loan transactions for lenders and borrowers. They advise on deals ranging in size from small business loans for start-up companies to syndicated credit facilities in excess of £1 billion. The successful candidate will have good range of both transactional and general banking experience, ideally gained from working within an international or leading regional firm. You will gain experience across the full spectrum of Banking & Finance work that the firm does, including acquisition finance; general corporate lending; real estate finance; funds finance; trade and commodity finance; structured finance; private wealth finance (including margin lending and corporate jet finance); corporate trustee work and restructuring & special situations. The successful candidate will work as part of our full-service team of partners, associates, trainees and paralegals on complex and innovative transactions for the firm’s national and international client base. If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in general Banking & Finance law or specialise in a particular area of Finance law but wish to become more of a generalist. Newly-qualified lawyers will have undertaken a seat in Banking & Finance law or a specific area of Finance law.
