Residential/Commercial/Agricultural Conveyancing lawyer 2+ years’ PQE SOMERSET

Commercial law firm in Somerset is looking to recruit a lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE to undertake Residential/Commercial/Agricultural Conveyancing matters. The team carries out a wide range of work primarily (but not exclusively) for owner managed businesses and the families of those owner managers. This involves both commercial, high end residential work and work that spills into other areas – including country issues and farming. The bulk of the Team’s work comes from owners and operators of non-charity, commercial businesses. The clients are based in the South West, London and elsewhere in the UK. The team deals with a broad spectrum of work including: • Leases • Disposals • Acquisitions • Easements and other complex title issues • Development related work • Country matters including farm diversification – Property related • Funding and financing of property and related businesses.
