Commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Banking lawyers (Associates or Senior Associates) to its team in Bristol of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team provides expert and commercial advice in all areas of general corporate lending (including acquisition finance), real estate finance and renewables finance. They have the capacity to deal with all instructions, from the largest cross border syndicated transactions through to bilateral lending. They deal with transaction values generally between £20m and £500m. The roles will involve supporting the Partners developing their practices in corporate lending, acquisition finance and renewables finance. The successful candidates will manage their own caseloads ensuring your experience is varied and broad. You will manage your own real estate finance and/or general corporate lending transactions and support more senior team members with larger transactions using appropriate project and time management techniques to ensure the effective management of resource and achievement of results for the firm and its clients. You will also receive bespoke training throughout your career ensuring you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice. Candidates will currently specialise in general Banking law or a specific area of Finance.
