This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial/Technology Lawyer to join one of the world's leading professional services organisations.

Reporting to the Legal Director, you will be joining the EMEA LATAM legal team as part of an international network of lawyers internationally.

With exposure to senior management and a diverse list of growing clients you will be embedded throughout multiple functions of the business.

Your responsibilities will include providing support on technology and outsourcing contracts, as well as legal review and negotiation of commercial contracts. This role offers a 360 approach to the business, from the proposal/bid stages through to final negotiation and post signature issues.

You will have 5-10 years' PQE with strong commercial and technology experience. Additionally, you will be confident dealing with IT, GDPR and IP matters and be a confident communicator.
