Residential Conveyancer
Hampshire (Emsworth / Havant)
An excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced conveyancer to join a small team at a very well established Hampshire practice with an existing caseload and plenty of scope to develop further work.
A well known high street legal practice providing quality legal services across the region with a focus on property and private client related services. The conveyancing department deal with the full range of residential property matters including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold property ranging form new builds firs-time buyers all the way through to complex and unusual property transactions including HNW property. The department have excellent links with local agents and very well established commercial relationships as well as considerable repeat business from existing clients and referrals on recommendation from existing clients
The team are keen to take on a further qualified conveyancer (solicitor , FCILEx or CLC) who is experienced in managing their own caseload without the need for supervision and be fully competent and able to pick up an existing case load and manage with a high level of competence. The position represents a good opportunity for an individual to further establish themselves locally or an individual wishing to relocate to what is very sought after area within the Hampshire coastal region.
