Legal Secretary - Court of Protection - Tunbridge Wells
A leading law firm based in Tunbridge Wells are currently looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their highly successful Court of Protection department.
As a Legal Secretary within the Court of Protection department, you will be responsible for supporting Court of Protection Solicitors/Fee Earners who manages the financial affairs of individuals who lack to capacity to do so, dealing with important financial decision.
The role will involve audio typing, producing and amending legal documents using digital dictation, acting as the main point of contact for clients, general administration duties as well diary management.
In order to be considered, you must be a Legal Secretary, ideally with Court of Protection experience, however those with broader Private Client or Family law experience from a reputable firm will also be considered. Fast and accurate audio typist with excellent communication and organisational skills.
