An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property lawyer to join a Kent based Local Authority on a permanent basis.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will undertake a range of routine and complex transactions involving the Council's extensive and diverse property portfolio which includes general Landlord and Tenant matters but also extends regeneration projects throughout the District.
In addition to commercial transactions, the Council deals with charities and community groups on a wide range of projects meaning your work will contribute towards the wellbeing of the community. With the Council's assets including parks, nature reserves, coastal areas and a working harbour it certainly creates a varied workload.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a consistent range of interesting work, as well as those looking to step into a Senior position, although 4+ years' PQE candidates will be considered. Solicitors or Legal Executives coming from a Private Practice background are also encouraged to apply.
