Employment Lawyer - Cheshire **Home & Office based / Flexible Working**

An expansion role has recently arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join this extremely well regarded Cheshire firm and Legal 500 rated Employment Law team on a part time or flexible full time basis. The firm wholeheartedly embraces flexible working and the role can be split between office and home to suit.

The role involves managing your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters as well as supervising and supporting the work of a junior member of the team. Experience of both Claimant and Respondent work is desirable.


You'll enjoy working as part of a professional, fun and friendly team in a collegiate and supportive environment with good quality work. Even though this is a senior role a client following is not required as this is purely an expansion role with enough work ready and waiting. However if you have a desire to play an active role in marketing and business development then this will be encouraged and supported.
