LAW Absolute are currently working with a top 50 law firm who are looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join their Real Estate team.

You will be working closely with the team on a variety of litigation cases including purchasing and development contrats, landlord and tenant claims.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Drafting notices and correspondence,
• Liaising with external clients,
• Issuing claims and filling documents in court.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. It is essential that you have gained a minimum of a year’s experience within Property Litigation in a similar setting.
