Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Sheffield
QED Legal are working with a leading Clinical Negligence department in South Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their expanding team in Sheffield.
The work is claimant based and the department is very busy.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience working in a clinical negligence team and will have strong claimant experience.
You will be joining a team of 3 Solicitors, 2 Paralegals and secretarial support dealing with a varied mix of excellent quality work. You will have an existing caseload at the start including litigated matters and should be confident to hit the ground running.
You will be given a degree of autonomy, with no micro-management but the support is there when needed. The role will also require support and guidance to more junior members of the team.
The department is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the region, and you will be working under a highly respected Partner with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area.
The team has gone from strength to strength even during the pandemic and are looking to make several hires over the forthcoming months into the team.
The culture here is relaxed but professional with client care and offering quality advice in sensitive circumstances being of utmost importance. Remote working has been in place since the start of the covid19 pandemic and the firm have adapted well and offer a flexible but still supportive environment.
