With this particular role you will initially be focusing on supporting their litigation department, however as the role evolves you will get exposure to working with other functions such as corporate, commercial, real estate and banking and finance.

Description

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal at this successful firm will have a range of responsibilities, but primarily for the first few months you will be responsible for supporting the commercial litigation function of their Birmingham and London team. Some of your duties will include:

• Processing a high volume of litigation cases.
• Delivering concise and high-quality advice.
• Managing deadlines.
• Dealing with multi-track and fast-track matters.

Profile

We are looking for experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegals who have a minimum of 6 months experience within busy litigation teams. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept applications from people with a PI / negligence / debt recovery background.
