Commercial Litigation Associate, London, 1-3 PQE

The London Litigation team focuses on banking and commercial litigation and investigations, both regulatory and criminal. It is top ranked by the legal directories across a range of contentious areas.

The litigation practice handles the full range of corporate and commercial disputes, including competition, derivatives, insolvency and restructuring litigation, class actions, insurance litigation, securities litigation and M&A disputes.

The role will involve not only Commercial and Banking Litigation, but also Investigations work. The Investigations practice has been involved in some of the most high profile investigations and enforcement proceedings, both for financial institutions and corporates. Much of the work is cross-border in nature and the team is frequently involved in investigations involving overseas authorities.

In addition to a strong academic background, you will have 1-3 years' Commercial Litigation experience and will be looking to join a friendly and dynamic team, where the quality of work is second to none.
