The team advises across the broad spectrum of Corporate work, including public takeovers, private M&A, Private Equity, ECM, complex joint ventures, disposals and corporate restructurings.
A leading adviser on strategic M&A transactions, the team is consistently ranked highly in the Corporate league tables. The team particularly excels in cross-border work and the majority of transactions have a multi-jurisdictional focus.
In addition to a strong academic background, you will have 2-4 years' Corporate M&A experience, looking to join a friendly and dynamic team, where the quality of work is second to none.
