Commercial Litigation NQ Solicitor, Hampshire – Seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a team of experts at a leading top 100 law firm in Hampshire. 

JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ up to 2 years
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: £40-45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this highly regarded dispute resolution division that is highly rated and acts for international, national and regional clients. The team compromises of specialist Lawyers with experience in litigation of all types of commercial and contract disputes. The team is now looking for a newly qualified Solicitor to work full time as part of the commercial litigation team. The successful candidate will be working on a mixed workload including professional negligence, judicial review but with an emphasis on commercial disputes. Joining this leading commercial litigation team means you will have exposure to a wide range of high quality work and development opportunities. You will be working within a supportive team environment, but will demonstrate confidence in working independently under supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate previous commercial litigation experience along with a working knowledge of any litigation, negligence and contract law. You must possess attention to detail and a meticulous approach. Experience in client contact would be advantageous.
