Residential Conveyancer , Dorset

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a highly regarded firm in Dorset. You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer or perhaps an experienced paralegal.

You will be able to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters and be able to look after clients.

Typical matters relate to traditional sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold matters, re-mortgages and shared ownership sales and purchases.

As well as a very busy local sales and purchase market there are a good many commercial clients that use the firm with relation to guest houses , hotels and shops so ideally you will have commercial property experience too and be able to take on any commercial matters that come in.

You should have gravitas and personality to gain the confidence of the local market and to generate business through work of mouth referrals from satisfied clients.

Secretarial support is available to help you and other fee earners in the team.

There is a clear route for progression here so this may suit an experienced solicitor who currently works as part of a bigger team to get the chance to be the go-to person.

You should be able to pick up work immediately and handle the process from start through to post-completion.

Whilst applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Dorset area. However the ideal scenario is that you will have a good knowledge of the local area.
