Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal

Salary: Dependent on experience

An award-winning Top Tier Legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their thriving team based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal with a passion for Commercial Property to join an impressive Commercial Property department, where you will be reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate.

The Role:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Managing files and collating documentation
  • Drafting basic letters
  • Obtaining title documents
  • Submitting searches
  • Preparing Stamp Duty forms
  • Preparing completion statements and invoices
  • Preparing all necessary account forms and understanding client ledgers
  • Preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
  • Producing first drafts of contracts, transfer deeds and leases (with Fee Earner guidance)
  • Producing replies to Commercial Property Standard Enquiries
  • Dealing with pre-completion requisitions

Person Specifics:

  • 2-3 years’ Paralegal experience within a Commercia Property department
  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Ideally commendation or higher in LPC
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient and organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
