An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire on a remote working basis.

Our client is seeking an Adult Care Lawyer to join their team from February onwards, for a minimum period of 6 months, whilst they recruit to a permanent vacancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advocacy as required and dealing with a mixed caseload of adult care matters including Court of Protection, Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act matters.

Full-time hours would be preferred, however a more flexible working pattern may be considered. Candidates with experience gained in adult social care law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
