Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE – 1 + PQE - £EXCELLENT DOE – LANCASHIRE – JOB REF:3171

The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience and will either be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX / ILEX qualified. You will have experience ranging across all residential matters and will be confident in your ability to work on a demanding caseload with minimal supervision. You will be a team player, being able to work on complex cases alongside colleagues and will also be able to work independently on your own caseload. You will also be organised, time efficient and planned in order to manage a demanding caseload under time constraints. A good eye for detail, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. To prioritise a heavy workload, in a highly motivated and enthusiastic way. Experience of conducting effective legal research, competent in all MS applications, to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be client focussed and have an approachable persona, with good communication skills and telephone manner. To be assertive and confident when dealing with people at all levels and calm and professional at all times. Within this role you will be joining an established team to undertake a stimulating and diverse range of cases surrounding residential property.
