Highly regarded regional law firm rated in the Legal 500 with a progressive approach is seeking to expand the Corporate / Commercial Team.
The company acts for HNW individuals and commercial organisation dealing with London quality work.
An experienced solicitor is required to undertake a broad range of transactions covering corporate finance work, acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements and broad commercial and partnership agreements.
Within this role you will support Senior Lawyers on complex and varied transactions with a slant towards charitable organisations.
The role would suit an individual that has trained and worked for a City or Regional law firm and has a minimum of 4 years' PQE and now seeking to take the next step in their career.
