In-house Employment Lawyer - 3-6 PQE

My client - a top tier financial services institution is looking to hire an Employment Counsel to join their Legal team in London.

The successful candidate will be providing day-to-day legal advice on a broad range of employment matters to the HR team and Senior Management as well as managing employment threats and outside counsel relationships. You will have trained with a top tier firm and any existing in-house experience will be an advantage.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and will suit someone who is very familiar with international employment issues applicable to large diversified financial institutions. Candidates must have strong stakeholder management skills as well as analytical skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
