My client are looking to hire a mid-level Corporate Insurance lawyer to join their small legal team in London. This role will primarily be to provide high quality high quality commercially focussed legal advice to the business on new bulk annuity, reinsurance and other strategic insurance portfolio transactions and also to assist on wider strategic projects as the need arises.
The successful candidate will have 4-7 relevant PQE from a top law firm or financial services organisation and a solid understanding of corporate and insurance related transactions.
