Exciting in-house opportunity - Employment Lawyer - 3PQE + - 12 month FTC

My client are looking to hire an Employment lawyer to join their small legal team in London for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will primarily involve advising on all contentious and non-contentious employment matters including:

• Service agreements;
• All employment aspects arising out of mergers and acquisitions;
• Outsourcing;
• Reorganisations;
• Dealing with all types of employment claims;
• Providing practical advice on all aspects of termination of employment;
• Negotiating severance agreements; and
• Dealing with any relevant litigation
• You will have excellent commercial and analytical skills and the ability to apply them to create innovative and commercial solutions
• You will have the highest standards of integrity and ethics

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 PQE from a top law firm or financial services organisation and a solid understanding of all aspects of employment law.
