Are you a Court of Protection Solicitor looking to join a Well-Established Law firm in Merseyside?

Our client, a multi-service Law Firm with a substantial Court of Protection team in Merseyside is looking for an additional Court of Protection Solicitor due to expansion. This firm have an impressive client base where they really pride themselves on client care.

Your main responsibility would be to manage a caseload of Professional and deputy-ship clients from application to dealing with the administration aspect of the deputy-ship.

As the newly appointed Court of Protection Solicitor, you would be dealing directly with clients, their families, carers and various other third parties including medical experts, case managers and other professionals as first point of contact.

You would be heavily involved in client's financial affairs including tax returns, budgets, schedules, purchase of property, care, therapy, insurances, household expenditure and benefits.

We are welcoming applications from NQ-3-year PQE solicitors with Court of Protection experience or an experienced fee earner.

This is a full-time role however they do offer flexible working along with a benefits package including team building and staff socials, bonus scheme at Christmas and end of the year. Ideally, they are looking for somebody to start asap.
