JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary – Private Client
PQE: 2 years+ relevant experience
Are you a skilled Legal Secretary looking to build your career with a highly rated law firm in Buckinghamshire? This role offers an excellent opportunity to hone your skills and grow your experience whilst contributing to the efficient and effective service provided to clients of the Private Client team. Typical duties will include opening new files, checking ID, responding to correspondence, liaising with clients and general office administration. You will also help to manage diaries, to prepare bills and to transcribe dictation.
In order to be considered for this role, you should be an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally gained within private client law. You will have excellent typing skills, a high degree of accuracy in audio typing and familiarity with case management systems. With particularly strong communication skills, you will be known for your attention to detail and ability to work upon your own initiative.
