Locum Litigation Solicitor (Outside IR35)

Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor – £40 - £45 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 – East Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months on a full-time basis but they will consider part-time applications. There is a strong possibility that the assignment will be extendedbeyond the initial period.

Your caseload will consist of a mix of civil and criminal litigation matters. This includes prosecutions and licensing matters, as well as housing litigation and disrepair matters.

This role is offering an attractive rate of between £40 - 45 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 dependent upon experience.
