Senior BD Executive (Corporate Finance)
A dynamic mid-tier accountancy firm requires a talented Senior Business Development Executive to provide support to the Corporate Finance department.
You will work as part of a wider BD and Marketing team managing a range of activities, events and campaigns, reporting on ROI and brining new ideas to the table. The Senior Business Development Executive will be expected to facilitate a strategic and targeted approach to marketing and business development activities, regularly reporting on the progress of BD and marketing activity against the plan for the Corporate Finance board meeting. Working closely with the Client Relationship team to consolidate key client insight to help shape new and existing BD and marketing activity, the role holder will work with Partners and Directors to develop the Corporate Finance pipeline; deliver sector and service line campaigns, often alongside other executives and the Head of Sales, and support the team in developing relationships with key referrers and other intermediaries. On the marketing side, the successful candidate will manage and attend targeted events; produce marketing content; manage the production of marketing materials including, leaflets, flyers, brochures, newsletters and e-bulletins; maintain the Corporate Finance section of the firm's website; and coach and encourage the team in the use of social media.
The Senior Business Development Executive will be an experienced marketing and BD specialist of graduate calibre or equivalent with similar experience gained preferably, in another accountancy firm or other professional services environment. This should include pipeline management, lead generation and new business proposal support experience and ideally time spent working with Corporate Finance or Private Equity teams. Assertive, highly organised and an effective communicator, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with the confidence to work with professionals at all levels of the organisation.
