The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including;
* General employment advisory work
* The handling of employment tribunal claims
* Whistleblowing
* High profile cases
* Advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of relevant legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
THE PERSON
* 1-3PQE employment solicitor
* Strong experience handling both contentious and non contentious employment matters
* Excellent client skills
