Commercial Litigation Solicitor , Southampton
My client is a well known name on the south coast and although they offer business services notably commercial property the firm now want to develop a commercial litigation offering off the back of the other departments.
The firm are looking to reach out to a big hitter with a strong reputation in the field of Commercial Litigation / Commercial Dispute Resolution. Perhaps you are a partner in a firm and are looking for a new challenge. Perhaps you can bring a team. Maybe you are at senior associate level and feel the path to partnership is blocked and you need now to be able to further your career.
The firm would expect you to be fully proficient in all areas of commercial and property litigation including:
• commercial contract disputes
• disputes concerning partners/directors/shareholders
• disputes arising out of intellectual property rights
• landlord and tenant disputes
• boundary disputes including adverse possession
• injunctive relief proceedings.
Also advising on all areas of corporate and personal insolvency litigation including:
• claims concerning beneficial interests of assets
• director's misfeasance
• wrongful trading
• preference claims.
Applications from relocators will be considered but the preference would be to find someone who knows the Hampshire / Dorset region and can reach out to business clients in the area.
