Private Equity Lawyer

We are currently partnering with an elite US practice in their search for a private equity lawyer, of at least 3PQE, to join them on an initial three month contract, with the prospect of a permanent for the right individual.

New York headquartered, the firm are known for their complex, high profile transactional work across their key sectors of private equity, private credit, venture capital and funds. Additionally, as one of the fastest growing firms in the City, they are able to offer an entrepreneurial, client-focused culture.

The role itself will be to work on a number of transactions ranging from mid-market to premium deals, specifically focused around the fin-tech and technology space.
